Registration fee

Registration fee includes 3 nights accommodation in *** hotels and meals during the conference, admission to the scientific sessions, conference materials (the program and abstracts on CD), conference services at the venue and coffee breaks.

Early bird registration fee payed before 15th May 2010:
215 EUR per person in double room
275 EUR per person in single room
205 EUR per accompanying person in a double room

Regular registration fee:
265 EUR per person in double room
325 EUR per person in single room
255 EUR per accompanying person in a double room

There is an extra charge for lodginig in Hotel Palace Grand ****. Please consult Academia Tours Travel Agency.

Payment

Payment can be made by a bank transfer or by credit cards. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Starting from 1st September 2010 ACADEMIA TOURS will accept only credit card payments.

When you decide to pay by credit card, we will contact you by e-mail to obtain the relevant information and arrange for the payment procedure. ACADEMIA TOURS accepts VISA and Eurocard/Mastercard credit cards only.

When arranging a bank transfer payment, please make sure that all relevant bank charges will be covered along with the full amount due. ACADEMIA TOURS cannot cover any fee connected with your bank transfer payment. Bank transfer are the preferred mode of payment.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) by Academia Tours:

For cancellations made before 31st August 2010, all fees less 20 Euro administrative costs will be reimbursed.

No refunds will be made after this date.

All refunds will be processed via bank transfers or credit card after the Conference.
